|
Purine nucleosides were chlorinated by the reaction of acyl chloride in DMF with MCPBA under mild conditions with moderate yields. And, satisfactory method for the synthesis of ribonucleoside--cyclic phosphates and its characterization by and nmr spectroscopy is described.
